We want you to love every piece you purchase from Afro Caribbean Vibez. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discounted items

  • Sale items

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging when possible.

  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

  3. Clearly write your full name, return address, and phone number inside the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.

  • Credit card refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect on your statement.

  • Debit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
